Have you received a letter complaint like this?
What services does a Certified Access Specialist (CASp) provide?
The level of services you receive is up to you and your legal counsel. You may hire a CASp to review violations listed in the claim against you, or you can have a CASp inspect all areas of your property open to the public.

A CASp will provide a report commenting on the validity of each item cited in the claim and referencing the appropriate section of the California Building Code.

You may also hire a CASp to inspect all areas of your facility that are available to the public. A CASp will provide you with a CASp Inspection Report describing areas of non-compliance and referencing the appropriate sections of the California Building Code.

If you have not yet received a complaint and are concerned about your vulnerability to a lawsuit, you may want to hire a CASp to inspect all areas of your business that are available to the public before you receive a complaint.
