Substantial Rehabilitation of Ponderosa Estates Apartments
After spending his entire life in the neighborhood, Ponderosa Estates Administrator Cornelius Bracy was so embarrassed at being associated with the decrepit apartments that he considered leaving the area. After completion of the update, Cornelius commented, “I know the renovation was successful because most people filling out housing applications think Ponderosa Estates was completed last year.”
This rewarding multifamily project included substantial rehabilitation of all apartments and townhomes including seismic and accessibility upgrades, dry rot and termite repairs, new roofing, new bathrooms, and kitchens updates.
